1 Feb update; Jan has been the wettest for many years and so work has been slow.
We are ready to lay the tiles on project 1 and that should start this week as soon as the tiles arrive. The windows and doors are due to be fitted during this month.
Project 2 is finished all but for some paint work on the outside. This would have been finished if it was not for the weather. The boiler has been tested together with the sola water system and all looks good. All we need now is for some dry days so the painters can finish. We will give the house a good clean and hand over the keys :-)
Note: Steel prices are still low so if you are thinking of building now is a good time.
22 Feb update; It has been a very difficult month as was Jan due to the weather. I think it has now rained for over 40 days and we now have had two days of sun but with very cold temps.
Tiles are going down on project 1 but we have had to stop due to the cold. Project 2 again we are still looking for better weather to finish the outside painting.
At the moment I am working on some new projects but these are still in the planning stage.
Steel is still low and the pound seems to have picked up a little. We are all hoping for a break in the weather so we can get on. On a good note there will be plenty of water for the gardens this year:-)

March 22 update;
We have had a window of good weather so, The painting of project 2 has been finished and so this project is totaly finished now and waiting for the owners to move in. Project 1 we have finished the tiles and the windows and dorrs are in also. This week we started to do some garden landscaping.
The weather during spring so far has been wet and cold with only a few gaps in the weather so things for all buildings has been slow. Fresh snow fell last night on the top of the Lefkas Mt's. The main land Mt's look great and the sking is still good. Summer will be with us soon:-).
I have some new houses all in the planning stage or waiting for there permits. I think these will begin at the end of the summer. For now I am working to get project 1 the largest house and three swimming pools finished before May.
Project 1
12 April Update; HOT NEWS is that steel prices have continued to drop and now are at there lowest for over two years or more. Steel re-bar before the weekend was at 0.473 euros per kilo and steel cage at 0.505 euros per kilo! Concreat depending on where you are building is sitting around 73 euros per m3 for 20-25 mix. The pound still is around 1.11 euros. The fact that steel is so cheap should encourage owners to start building there homes again.
Project 1; we have been doing a lot of land scapeing and getting the swimming pool finished photos soon.

6 July Update:
Sorry there has been a long gap here had some problems uploading files. Now it is the start of the high season here on Lefkas. Most of all the work on all projects has now been finished. Owners are all in there new houses now and swimming pools are full and working. Mostly now there are a few more jobs to finnish in the garden areas.
We will take a break now for the main summer months and I have a new projects that will start around Oct / Nov.
My own Villa Octavius is almost full for the season. We also got some coverage in the July issue of 25 Beautiful Homes mag, check it out :-).
25 Oct Update:
The winter season is now upon us now. People from out side the euro zone are still finding the euro to strong to commit to building there second homes so I have two projects still on hold till things improve.
A very nice house in the Poros area is ready to start but again I will be waiting for the finances to come through befor starting.
My summer season went very well with Villa Octavius and my Sunset and Stars trips. I shall continue to do small project like swimming pools etc untill one of the three house projects comes in.
